Nicholas Tsoutas is Artistic Director of the Casula Powerhouse Sydney, a contemporary multi-arts facility and leading community cultural development organisation. A former Director of the Institute of Modern Art, Brisbane and Artspace, Sydney, Nick also worked as Curator and Commissioner for both the Australian pavilion at the Sao Paolo Biennale Brazil 2005, and the Australian pavilion of ARCO Madrid, Spain 2000. Nicholas is an executive board member of RES Artis Amsterdam, and is founding Chair of CAOS Australian Contemporary Art Spaces Network.
Nicholas Tsoutas was a co-curator of the Space Invaders exhibition presented with the MAAP 1999 Missile Web Launch project.
